Experience Booking

Check the confirmation status of your bookings in My Bookings page under My Account. You will also receive a booking confirmation email with experience voucher when your booking is confirmed.
For most bookings, vouchers are only valid on the date you selected during booking. You may find relevant information on the experience page under How To Use. The details of the voucher validity is also stated on your voucher.

Vouchers of instantly confirmed experiences will be received within 15 minutes.

Occasionally, it may take up to 48 hours for experience providers to confirm. Once confirmation is received, we will send you the voucher by the email address you provided.

Please check your email’s spam or junk folder if you don’t see your voucher within this time frame. Send us an email at if you need further assistance.

Please enter your pick up details (flight number and time, and/or hotel name and address) in the “Note” text box during checkout.


All experiences are priced in Vietnam Dong (₫). We accept US Dollar (US$) and HK Dollar (HK$) as payment. Various currencies are available on our website for reference. Exact amount will be based on exchange rate.

We do not charge any additional fee other than the cost stated on our website. However, it is possible you may be charged an international transaction fee by your credit card issuing bank as the transaction may not be done in your local currency.

Please check with your bank if you have any queries prior to booking and payment.


Please make sure your browser allows pop-ups. When you click ‘Check Out Now’ on the Checkout page, a pop-up will appear where you can log in to your PayPal account. You may also pay with your debit or credit card without logging in to a PayPal account.

If you encounter an error in the PayPal window, or close the PayPal window before payment is completed, please go back to the Checkout page and try again.

If you do not see the payment page upon clicking ‘Check Out Now’, please refresh the page or try again later. If your card is rejected, please try a different card and make sure online transaction service is enabled.

Rest assured that your payment is secure and safe as we use third party secure payment gateways PayPal and OnePAY for transaction. For extra security, your credit card information will not be stored with us, and you are required to input your credit card information every time you book with us.

Yes, VAT is already included in the price listed on our website and your payment.

Promo Codes

If you have a promo code, you can enter it at checkout to see your savings.

You may also enter and save it in advance under My Promo Codes in My Account page. You can choose and redeem any applicable promo code that you have saved before checkout.

Promo codes can only be used to new bookings, and only one promo code can be redeemed in one booking.

Changes & Refunds

If your experience is eligible for cancellation and refund, please contact us at and we will process your request accordingly. Please note that the cancellation request must be made within the time frame stated on the cancellation policy of the specific experience.

In the rare and unexpected case that an experience that you have booked is unavailable or cancelled by experience provider, we may contact you with options of rebooking to alternative date or full refund.

Once we receive your request, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund. The amount will be made to the credit card used for booking which usually takes 3-15 business days, or up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.

If the booking is made in a currency other than the credit card home currency, the refund amount may not exactly match their original transaction amount due to variable exchange rates and/or international transaction fee charged by the credit card company.

Account Settings

You can register with your email address, Facebook or Google account.

If you registered with your email address, or has set up your password after registering with Facebook or Google, you may change your password under Setting in My Account page.

You may reset your password if you forget your current password. On the Log in page, click ‘Forgot Password?’ and follow the instruction to receive a link by email to reset your password.
